ABOUT BERN

Bernard Rosauer graduated from the University of Illinois in 1963 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Landscape Architecture and has been professionally active for the past 55 years. Nationally, he is an active member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and locally, a registered landscape architect in the State of Illinois.

 

His first 20 years had been devoted to the development of zoos, park and school recreational play fields and community swimming pools. 

 

His experience in the past 35 years has focused on all types of open space development; from park enhancements to golf courses and from railroad right of way beautification to residential design.

Furthermore, his total involvement in prestigious residential design has provided his clients with sensible solutions in traditional, modern and green living spaces.

He has received awards in residential design, community and multi-family design. And  his acknowledgement of the human connection to the environment is one which he is totally committed to improving in the future.
